We're bringing it up a notch in the strength workouts to really maximise your gains as you continue to drop body fat and build lean muscle mass!
Focusing on quick and dynamic movements in your barre & pilates workouts that will help you sculpt & tone while getting a much needed stretch all in one! Finishing the week is a signature 10 min abs!
Focus on the following this week
- 8k steps everyday with at least 3x power walks (one is included on your rest day)
- 2.5L of water everyday - this helps with your hydration, energy, digestion and overall wellbeing, flush out excess toxins and glow from the inside out
- No junk food - put the snacks away and opt for fruit or veggies instead
The end is so near! We're also organising a live event in the final week to celebrate and connect! (details to come)

Try and limit junk food for the next 3 weeks alongside opting to cook fresh from home so we can maximise the home stretch and reduce bloating/inflammation 🥬

Hey gorgeous people! Week 8 is almost complete? How are we feeling?
I wanted to share my wonderful client Laura’s recent transformation photos. Following the 3-2-8 method alongside a high protein diet.
We’ve sculpted & shaped, dropping inches around the waistline while still maintaining the glute gains 📈📈.
She’s worked so hard but most importantly stayed consistent! Which is key to getting results & maintaining them long term.

Happy Sunday & Happy Mothers Day Beautiful People. I hope this week has been a successful one for you? Building discipline, consistency & strength all in one. ✨💗.
Week 8 & 9 is Live 📈📈.
The next two weeks we will focus on sculpting the body as we continue to burn fat & improve cardiovascular fitness (you will be running up the stairs with ease by the end of this).
We kick off on Monday with a lower body shape & lift 🍑🍑. Before sculpting & lengthening in total body tone.
This weeks power walk I would like you to try and double your speed.

The home stretch is near! Summer is even closer so remember why you started this in the first place!
I’d also like you to watch your nutrition this week. Be mindful of processed foods. Opt for high protein meals with lots of veggies.

Happy Fri-yay Wonderful People! How has your week gone?
I know we still have one more day left to complete of Week 5 however Week 6 schedule is up! 📈
Focusing in this week on shaping & sculpting as you continue to build lean muscle mass & burn fat.
We have a booty challenge on Monday & another pilates pump workout on Tuesday (your thighs will be on fire) before our next rest day.
I would like you to aim for 2.5km in your rest day power walk alongside your 8k steps for the day.

Happy Friday Fabulous People! How has your week gone? Have you managed to keep your steps up? ✨
I know we have one more day of Week 4 to go however Week 5 is up! 🎉
We will start Monday strong with a Full Body Burnout, hitting all the main muscle groups, then we will sculpt with our signature Pilates Pump Workout before our next rest day/power walk!
I know you may feel sore, you may want to give up! (I feel you). But remember why you joined this challenge in the first place!
