Super impressed with the ‘watch time’ for this week. Over 700 hours of workouts completed and were deep in the summer months so I know it’s a busy period.
But remember this is exactly why I created the 3-3-3 program. To make it easier for you to stay on track and maintain your results during one of the busiest times of the year.

•3 power walks per week
•3L of water per day.
