I’m Natalie, a Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and Professional Dancer with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. I’ve had the privilege of coaching women across the globe, from London and LA to Saudi Arabia and Europe, helping them transform their bodies and lives through balanced, effective training.


After personally battling chronic health issues caused by hormonal imbalances, I was inspired to create the 3-2-8 method—a unique blend of weight training, pilates/barre, and walking. This approach has not only helped me restore my health but has also revolutionized the way women train, offering a sustainable path to strength, wellness, and confidence.

My methods have been featured in top publications worldwide, and I remain deeply passionate about empowering women to take control of their health through balanced, mindful movement. I look forward to helping you on your journey to a healthier, happier you!

I’ve been doing the 328 method for the past few weeks, and doing my strength workouts at pole class along with these videos and WOW I can already tell the difference.
