I’m Natalie, a Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and Professional Dancer with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. I’ve had the privilege of coaching women across the globe, from London and LA to Saudi Arabia and Europe, helping them transform their bodies and lives through balanced, effective training.
After personally battling chronic health issues caused by hormonal imbalances, I was inspired to create the 3-2-8 method—a unique blend of weight training, pilates/barre, and walking. This approach has not only helped me restore my health but has also revolutionized the way women train, offering a sustainable path to strength, wellness, and confidence.
