I’m Natalie, a Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and professional dancer with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. I’ve had the privilege of coaching women around the world, from London and LA to Saudi Arabia and across Europe, supporting them in building strong, balanced bodies through effective, sustainable training.

After navigating my own health challenges caused by hormonal imbalances, I created the 3-2-8 Method. A balanced approach that combines strength training, Pilates and barre, and walking. This method helped me restore my health and has since transformed the way thousands of women train, offering a realistic path to strength, wellness, and long term confidence.

My work has been featured in leading publications worldwide, and I remain deeply passionate about helping women take control of their health through mindful movement, structure, and consistency. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident in your body.
