About Natalie Rose
Hi, I’m Natalie Rose, and I have a deep passion for people, health, and movement. I created my online coaching platform to empower individuals to reach their goals and fall in love with the process. Over the past 8 years, I’ve coached hundreds of clients worldwide, developing proven methods and techniques that deliver results and foster lasting lifestyle changes.
My journey began with a background in musical theatre, where I trained as a professional dancer. This is where my love for Barre, Pilates, and Strength Training was born. I experienced firsthand the holistic, mental, and physical benefits of movement, using Pilates to rehabilitate injuries during my dance career—and I’ve been hooked ever since.
I’ve expanded my expertise with certifications in personal training, gym instruction, a Pilates diploma, and a professional dance degree. I am continually learning to provide my clients with the most effective, up-to-date support tailored to their unique needs.
I understand the challenges many face with fat loss, weight gain, hormonal imbalances, and finding balance after years of fad diets, undereating, or overtraining. My personal experiences with these struggles have equipped me to cater to a wide range of individuals, helping them achieve sustainable results without restriction or burnout.
