Monday we continue with weights.
Then we maximise your power walk on Tuesday. Please get your heart rate elevated to reach the fat burning zone. For at least (25 mins).
Weds workout is all about the burn!
Try and reduce snacking this week to make the most of the final few weeks
And remember to keep your water intake up. 3L minimum💦
