Monday we continue with weights and high reps to sculpt & build strength.
Then we maximise your power walk on Tuesday. Try and keep your heart rate elevated for the full 30 mins.
Weds workout is all about sculpting & shaping the upper body.
Reduce snacking & be mindful of portion sizes.
Remember to keep your water intake up.
