Beautiful people! Are we ready to head into a new week? 

Week 4 is LIVE! 

We have some brand new workouts for you to enjoy and the intensity is increasing once again. While we also maximise your time combining strength & pilates in our combo workout. 

We move back to 3x barre/pilates & 2x strength while still prioritising form and conditioning. 

I would like you to increase your weight in your strength workouts while also focusing on full range of movement.

Hey Alexandra, it totally depends on your energy levels/appetite. It is usually best practice to eat within 1 hour of waking up to support insulin resistance and blood sugar spikes. However if you find it difficult to work out after eating, opt for a smaller pre workout meal for energy then eat a full breakfast after the workout. Hopefully that makes sense but it's best to listen to your body x

Hey beautiful people! Happy Sunday! I hope we're enjoying the weekend and feel ready to go into week 3 of the challenge! 

This week is all about sculpting & building stamina. 
We move back to 3x strength and 2x barre/pilates. 

With the focus on burning fat and targeting the smaller muscle groups to tone! 

Remember to keep your daily step count up and aim for 8k minimum. 

Keep pressing play and be sure to share your progress with the community to keep yourself accountable!
