We have some brand new workouts for you to enjoy and the intensity is increasing once again. While we also maximise your time combining strength & pilates in our combo workout.
We move back to 3x barre/pilates & 2x strength while still prioritising form and conditioning.
I would like you to increase your weight in your strength workouts while also focusing on full range of movement.
