Utilizing the same format of the 3-2-8 method. We will break down the pilates fundamentals, barre key positions, form, breath control & mind muscle connection. Perfect for beginners or for getting back on track and realigning after a break. 

Complete Vol 1 before progressing to Vol 2 to build foundations. 

Equipment needed 
Dumbbells - 1-2 lbs 
Dumbbells - 4-8kg 
Mat 
Pilates Mini Ball - or cushion 
Barre/chair/stable surface 
Ankle Weights

Schedule 
5 workouts per week. Mon - Fri

Hi , just joined the app here . My name is Estefani, I am a beginner and starting out with the 3-2-8 program. I wanted to ask is there a challenge on here that is beginner friendly? . I started out today with Pilates barre begginer workout. Instead of browsing around daily for a workout maybe a template that I can just follow ?
I would like to start with 3 Pilates 2 strength and 8k daily steps as recommended on the intro video

This week has some brand new workouts featuring our pilates & strength combination while also prioritizing deep core strength leaving you feeling snatched & strong! 

Now you've settled into the program. It's time to push a little more and give it everything you've got! 

A minimum of 8k steps per day is recommended and at least 2.5L of water per day!
