The SHRED 3-2-8 Challenge is launching on Monday 9th January. ✨💗

This 8 week program will leave you feeling shredded, strong & empowered for the year ahead! Building up consistency, stamina & strength that will last you for life! 

This method has been tried & tested. It is scientifically proven to build hypertrophy, strength & target the smaller muscle groups to tone & sculpt. 

We believe in setting up realistic expectations & setting goals that you can commit to in a healthy & sustainable way. 

What's included 

  • 5x workouts in total per week 

  • 3x Body By Barre Workouts Per Week 

  • 2x Strength & Conditioning Per Week 

  • 8k steps per day on average 

  • 80 oz of water per day

So welcome! Great to hear it. Yes the videos will still be available to watch once the snatch it challenge ends. You will always have access to the full catalog of workouts with your subscription.

Hey Amy! Welcome to the community! You don't need a gym membership, all of the workouts are suitable for home. The equipment needed is light hand weights, a mat, band and a barre or chair. The snatch it challenge ends this week but there is a new challenge started in the New Year with a workout pdf and meal pdf included. Will post details next week. Let me know how you get on with your first workout x
