Hey Melissa, welcome to the platform! I use 2.2lb weights but ankle weights (on your wrists) or light hand weights work perfectly!

Welcome Melissa! So great to have you apart of the community! I recommend starting with the express workouts to get a full breakdown. Then progress to the longer or advanced workouts when you feel comfortable. I always offer modifications throughout too. Let me know how you get on!
