Hey Melissa, welcome to the platform! I use 2.2lb weights but ankle weights (on your wrists) or light hand weights work perfectly!

The Final week is here!

Hey, congratulations! I recommend following the snatch it challenge to focus on building your core strength and burning fat. You can't spot reduce fat but you can spot work muscle groups. So keep your steps high and build up your strength gradually.
