Hey Maya! Welcome! The 3-2-8 method is 3x strength training, 2x barre/pilates workouts and 8k steps daily. We do not have a challenge live for 3-2-8 but you can access a strength training pdf under 'Snatch it challenge' - resources. The Snatch it Challenge features 5x Barre & Pilates workouts and is live. Follow the weekly calendar and aim for 8k steps daily.

I have also attached a strength training pdf program which I recommend using between 2-3x per week for maximum results. You can get access to this under the ‘Snatch it Challenge’ then scroll to the bottom for resources - download the pdf and save to your phone.

Aim for 8k steps per day on average!

Hey, the snatch it challenge is barre & pilates workouts 5x per week with a daily step count goal of 8k steps. Perfect to fit in during the holidays. You can add the strength training pdf 3x per week for maximum results however it is not required to complete the snatch it challenge and qualify to win the cash prize.

Hey, I have attached a strength training pdf program to include 3x per week if you wish. However this challenge is for Barre & Pilates workouts only and easy to fit in over the holidays. I recommend walking 8k steps per day on average alongside. You can find the pdf under the 'snatch it challenge' resources. Let me know how you get on with it!
