We are so excited to have you apart of the program! My clients on True Self Fit continue to see fantastic results with a workout split of weights, barre, pilates and walking! While eating a clean, balanced diet.
Iv used my knowledge and background of traditional ballet, jazz, pilates and strength training to bring you a workout routine that not only challenges every muscle in the body, it also targets the smaller muscle groups to give you that sculpted, snatched, look!

Take a look at some transformations and start getting comfortable with the routines. Each workout is specific for certain target areas. I recommend repeating at least 3-4 times to really get the benefit.

We have a challenge starting soon which will feature a workout PDF for a strength training program to do alongside.
I recommend 2x barre or pilates, 3x strength training and walking everyday for best results!

I will give you everything you need to get results, you just have to take ACTION!
