Hey there. The pdf is in addition. Week 1 starts with one strength & 3x Pilates/barre per week. Then week 2 will move to 2x strength & 3x barre/Pilates. The order is on the community page in the calendar. The pdf gives you options if you would like to do more but the video playlist is correct for week 1
