Hey Shred Challengers ✨💗. How are we feeling after completing week 1? 

We started strong with the strength workout then kept going with the Barre & Pilates sessions! I’m so proud of you all for pushing past discomfort this past week. 

Week 2 is up 📈

Starting the week with a strength workout once again and then a full body sculpt to refresh & stretch!

Gabriela choto yes the body by barre app will be available for all subs at your sign up price. 1-1 coaching is a separate website so not included in the membership price.

You can enquire at www.trueselffit.com to access the app and receive a personalized workout plan. tailored meal plan with macros and weekly check ins with me. A body by barre app is currently being worked on and details will be shared soon.
