We made it past the half way point! 

This is where it starts to get a little easier! You will feel stronger, recover faster and more confident to push yourself a little further!

Really focusing in this week on shaping & sculpting, we have some more cardio bursts to burn calories while we sculpt & tone with barre/pilates. 

Remember to aim for 8k steps per day minimum. Pick up your speed in your power walks and stay hydrated!

Carbs are used for fuel so you don’t need to restrict them to lose weight. Focus on high protein meals with lots of veggies. Alongside water & walking to keep your activity levels up. Check out the recipe booklet for some meal prep ideas under the resources tab 💗
