Hey Wonderful People! Happy Labour Day Weekend! 

I am so excited to announce our latest challenge! 

Snatch & Shape 3-2-8 Launching officially on Monday! 

This is a hybrid challenge that splits between Strength focused weeks & Pilates/Barre Focused Weeks. 

The perfect balance of intensity, strength, core & flexibility to ease you back into your routine after the summer months. 

Warm up routines included (optional) 
Weekly schedule & recipe guide attached via 'resources' 
Suitable for all fitness levels. 
Equipment Needed 
Dumbbells 
Ankle weights 
Mat 
Band 

We've also added some recipe guides & follow along videos to give you everything you need to feel amazing this fall!

Welcome to the community Claire, you can for sure do the weighted workouts in the gym. All you need is dumbbells and a mat. You can also implement the power walks on the treadmill too! 💛
