Hey Team! Are we feeling ready for the summer Challenge starting Monday ✨💗.

The schedule is up ⬇️.

Monday we start strong with weights.

Then we maximise your power walk on Tuesday. Please get your heart rate elevated to reach the fat burning zone. For at least (15 mins).

Weds workout is a sweaty one but be ready for the burn (trainers).

I’d like you to reduce snacking or overall processed foods this week to kickstart your progress.

And remember to keep your water intake up 💦

All brand new workouts and formats to keep things fresh.

Hey wonderful people! I hope we have enjoyed the rest week and feel ready for the weekend! 

Our Summer Challenge is LIVE!  Schedule starting on Monday!

This challenge is going to keep you feeling snatched strong and balanced during the summer months. Also perfect during busy periods to maintain strength.

We will be following the same format of the 3-2-8 mixing weights, barre, pilates & walking.

You have 3 workouts per week
Split between strength, Barre & Pilates with mobility. 

3 power walks per week - aiming for 8k steps per day minimum

3L of water per day - flush out toxins, improve your digestion and stay hydrated

You will need dumbbells, a mat, optional jump rope, a band and ankle weights,

We've included extra rest days to support your recovery and nervous system while enjoying the outside with your power walks.

Tag us in the 3-3-3 challenge during your power walks for the chance to win a cash prize & let’s head into summer feeling amazing!

Happy Sunday Wonderful People! I hope you've had a lovely week and feel prepped to smash the last 2 WEEKS of the challenge! The home stretch is officially here! 

To celebrate we're holding a live event on Friday 5th  - sign up details & times will be posted shortly. 

In the meantime check out the weekly calendar below! Focusing on hitting your 8k steps daily and keeping your water intake between 2.5-3L to flush out excess toxins.
