Our Summer Challenge is LIVE! ✨ Schedule starting on Monday!
This challenge is going to keep you feeling snatched strong and balanced during the summer months. Also perfect during busy periods to maintain strength.
We will be following the same format of the 3-2-8 mixing weights, barre, pilates & walking.
You have 3 workouts per week
Split between strength, Barre & Pilates with mobility.
3 power walks per week - aiming for 8k steps per day minimum
3L of water per day - flush out toxins, improve your digestion and stay hydrated
You will need dumbbells, a mat, optional jump rope, a band and ankle weights,
We've included extra rest days to support your recovery and nervous system while enjoying the outside with your power walks.

How does everyone makeup a workout if they miss one or two during the week? Do you add it on or just skip it for the week? I’ve been trying to stay consistent but feel like I need to restart the program if I miss one during the week.

I’m really struggling with my weight. I’ve been on 1700 cals a day for 6 weeks now and I lost a few llbs initially then it’s just stayed in the same zone come or go about a couple of llbs. Only lost 1 inch. It’s like my body holds onto evything, I’m training regularly too and trying to walk as much as I can. Other than cut carbs and eat really clean ( o don’t really want to go to that level coz I know I hate it and will fail) what else can I do.. it’s round my middle area that is so bad

Hi All!! I just joined today. I was wondering where some of you all started when you joined. I strength train and do cardio everyday. It’s been a couple of years since I’ve done any barre and I’ve never done Pilates. I’m thinking the 8 week challenge.
