Hey wonderful people! I hope we have enjoyed the rest week and feel ready for the weekend! 

Our Summer Challenge is LIVE!  Schedule starting on Monday!

This challenge is going to keep you feeling snatched strong and balanced during the summer months. Also perfect during busy periods to maintain strength.

We will be following the same format of the 3-2-8 mixing weights, barre, pilates & walking.

You have 3 workouts per week
Split between strength, Barre & Pilates with mobility. 

3 power walks per week - aiming for 8k steps per day minimum

3L of water per day - flush out toxins, improve your digestion and stay hydrated

You will need dumbbells, a mat, optional jump rope, a band and ankle weights,

We've included extra rest days to support your recovery and nervous system while enjoying the outside with your power walks.
