Perfect! Consistency is the hardest part for me so I was getting a bit tripped up on what happens if I miss one. This mentality helps a ton! I’ve been doing your workouts for a few months now and have seen such great results. It’s made me enjoy working out!

How does everyone makeup a workout if they miss one or two during the week? Do you add it on or just skip it for the week? I’ve been trying to stay consistent but feel like I need to restart the program if I miss one during the week.
