Hi everyone ☺️
I’m trying to get back to my best shape and get back to me before my pcos symptoms. I’m struggling with an eating schedule because I work overnight/12 hour shifts. I feel like I started eating way more when I started working out which made me start starving myself (and gaining more weight). Does anyone have recommendations for combating this struggle?

Hello all! I am new to the body by Barre Studio world. I started the 12-week 3-2-8 challenge on Monday and can already see a mental change. I have not worked out in 3 years due to life happening. I am excited to move my body and start caring for myself again. I can't wait to see the physical changes and rediscover who I am.

Hey beautiful people! Happy Sunday! I hope we're enjoying the weekend and feel ready to go into week 3 of the challenge! 

This week is all about sculpting & building stamina. 
We move back to 3x strength and 2x barre/pilates. 

With the focus on burning fat and targeting the smaller muscle groups to tone! 

Remember to keep your daily step count up and aim for 8k minimum.

Hello! My sister and I started the 12 week challenge, however I tore my miniscus a few months ago. I absolutely loved working out my lower body, but my knee can no longer do what it used to do. What are some good alternatives that are still effective? Thanks in advance!

I hope you enjoyed the weekend reset! Did you get your power walks in?

Week 2 is LIVE in the app. 📈📈

We start the week strong with a lower body blast! Burning calories and building strength.

Then we reset with arms & thighs sculpt! This week is 3x barre/pilates & 2x strength so we incorporate more active recovery days.

Make sure you keep your steps at 8k minimum! Let's build back our routine after the summer break and smash the last 4 months of 2023! You've got this!
