Hi everyone ☺️
I’m trying to get back to my best shape and get back to me before my pcos symptoms. I’m struggling with an eating schedule because I work overnight/12 hour shifts. I feel like I started eating way more when I started working out which made me start starving myself (and gaining more weight). Does anyone have recommendations for combating this struggle?

Hi!
I'm new to barre and I'm excited to start my health journey. Wondering where I can find the section on pcos and workouts that are related for that.
Thank! ❤️👊🏽

Hello all! I am new to the body by Barre Studio world. I started the 12-week 3-2-8 challenge on Monday and can already see a mental change. I have not worked out in 3 years due to life happening. I am excited to move my body and start caring for myself again. I can't wait to see the physical changes and rediscover who I am.
Hello,
I wondered if anyone knew if it was better to eat before a workout in the morning or eat after a workout and which might be better for hormones?
Thanks so much x

Hello! My sister and I started the 12 week challenge, however I tore my miniscus a few months ago. I absolutely loved working out my lower body, but my knee can no longer do what it used to do. What are some good alternatives that are still effective? Thanks in advance!
Xoxo 🤍
Happy Sunday Wonderful People!
