Summer Challengers! You're schedule is LIVE! 💗

I’m so excited for you to get started!

This challenge was filmed in Bali, and is all about self-love, self-care and taking out 10-30 mins for yourself each and every day!

We will be going back to those pilates fundamentals that you all love & layering all of the elements like strength, barre, bodyweight, dance & flexibility to challenge you physically & mentally.

This challenge needs minimal equipment and everything is optional so you can take us with you on vacation! 

We use ankle weights, bands, a mat & pilates mini ball (cushion or pillow).

I would like you to pair this with 8-10k steps per day and 3x power walks per week.

This is not a stroll, your heart rate is elevated and you are WALKING with intention! 

Make sure you have downloaded your nutrition guides & keep up with your water intake to flush out toxins & glow from the inside out!

Great job! You could use a pillow/towel in place of the ball. Focus on your breath to maximise mind muscle connection - just shows your getting stronger!
