Whoop great to hear. So I don't actually recommend coffee until after a meal first thing. However coffee would work best mid day for a pick me up. Pre workout can give you the jitters which is uncomfortable. 

Power walks are scheduled Sat & Sun via the calendar. No live workouts  specifically for this challenge but we have some live events during Summer which will be announced soon
