I have been sick for over a week and still recovering, and each day waking up to terrible headaches. I’m in my ovulation phase, so I’m frustrated with the lack of energy. Still incorporating gentle movement and lots of walks. 💗

Thanks for Nov recipes! I am having a hard time accessing the high protein guide (found the plant based ok). Or is it combined into 1 doc?

Was feeling so strong and a little more than halfway through it was out of breath had to take a break!

I didn’t see power walk for today until now, but I did a brisk 20 min. morning walk with 2 lb. weights & some inclines. Will work in another walk or gentle movement this afternoon. Thanks for the push, Natalie

Some of the classes in this challenge aren’t appearing on my calendar, and others not in this challenge are showing instead. Is anyone else seeing that as well?

More than anything this felt like a much needed restorative sequence. My body was so tight and every elongated movement felt like a massage 💆🏻‍♀️
