Happy Friday Everyone! How has this week gone?
I hope you feel refreshed and ready to jump into our next challenge!

The 3-2-8 Transformation Challenge is Live tomorrow! Ready to start strong on Monday! 💪🏽

Week 1 features 5 workouts! Combining strength & barre/pilates with walking.

Equipment needed ⬇️

weights moderate to heavy, mat, band, optional ankle weights. Bench/chair.

*Aim for 8k steps per day & drink at least 2L of water everyday!
*Strength PDF included under 'resources'
*Recipe booklet included under 'resources
*Weekly planner to print included under 'resources


We will also be offering a cash prize to one subscriber for completing the challenge! $100 straight into your bank account/cash app/paypal 💰

To enter you need to email support@bodybybarrestudio.com with your name, stats & day 1 progress photos. Deadline for entering the competition - Weds 29th March.

Stats needed
*Starting weight
*Waistline measurement in inches
*Hip measurement in inches.


Once the challenge is complete email your transformation photos alongside subscriber email address so we can confirm you have completed every workout on the challenge.

We will then pick one challenger to win the cash prize! 🎉🎉

(upon entering the competition you give us consent to use your photos in marketing purposes, if you do not consent please specify in the email)

Welcome Marissa, all you need is a mat, 1-3lb weights and a band to get started. Optional ankle weights, pilates ring and heavier weights are also used. But start with what you have available.

Hey Fabulous People!
I wanted to pop a quick message to congratulate you on all your hard work already this year and also Introduce our 'Reset challenge' 

A week of express workouts to focus on stretching, posture & alignment perfect for a rest week & reset. 

Starting on Monday, you can find the playlist under 'weekly workouts' with the weekly schedule under 'resources'

This is the perfect reset before our 12 Week Summer 3-2-8 Transformation Challenge launching on the 27th March! 
Sign up and details will be shared next week. 

There is no shame in taking a rest day, our bodies need it both physically and mentally especially after a good workout. 

Aim for 8-10k steps per day and remember to stay hydrated!

Welcome! A Mat, 1-3lb weights, small band and optional magic circle/pilates ring. For the strength workouts you need a variety of weights from moderate to heavy and something to step onto.
