Hey Fabulous People!
I wanted to pop a quick message to congratulate you on all your hard work already this year and also Introduce our 'Reset challenge' 

A week of express workouts to focus on stretching, posture & alignment perfect for a rest week & reset. 

Starting on Monday, you can find the playlist under 'weekly workouts' with the weekly schedule under 'resources'

This is the perfect reset before our 12 Week Summer 3-2-8 Transformation Challenge launching on the 27th March!

There is no shame in taking a rest day, our bodies need it both physically and mentally especially after a good workout. 

Aim for 8-10k steps per day and remember to stay hydrated!
