Yes you can for sure, the goal is to get into a fat burning zone at least 3x per week (during power walks) which just means you elevate your heart rate for a set period of time. If you can do that on the spin bike it is perfect!

Hey Shelly! Welcome to the team! So excited to see your journey! A great way is to get two walks in a day averaging around 15-20 mins. Then stay active where possible with taking the stairs over the lift, opting to walk over drive to locations (where possible) and maybe break up your work day with quick 5 min walk around the office. You can also maximise your walks with 'power walks' where you increase the speed for a set time limit to reach the fat burning zone. This also helps to burn fat while keeping your steps high. You could add a longer power walk 2x a week to bring your average up. Try and aim for 8k steps per day on average, so some days might be more/some less. Keep us posted how you get on

The end is near! Week 10 is LIVE in the platform! 
We're bringing it up a notch in the strength workouts to really maximise your gains as you continue to drop body fat and build lean muscle mass! 

Focusing on quick and dynamic movements in your barre & pilates workouts that will help you sculpt & tone while getting a much needed stretch all in one! Finishing the week is a signature 10 min abs! 

Focus on the following this week 

8k steps everyday with at least 3x power walks (one is included on your rest day) 
- 2.5L of water everyday - this helps with your hydration, energy, digestion and overall wellbeing, flush out excess toxins and glow from the inside out 
- No junk food - put the snacks away and opt for fruit or veggies instead 


The end is so near! We're also organising a live event in the final week to celebrate and connect! (details to come)

Keep pushing. The days are getting warmer & longer as we get closer to summer so it’s easier to amp those steps up. ☑️

Try and limit junk food for the next 3 weeks alongside opting to cook fresh from home so we can maximise the home stretch and reduce bloating/inflammation 🥬
