The end is near! Week 10 is LIVE in the platform!
We're bringing it up a notch in the strength workouts to really maximise your gains as you continue to drop body fat and build lean muscle mass!
Focusing on quick and dynamic movements in your barre & pilates workouts that will help you sculpt & tone while getting a much needed stretch all in one! Finishing the week is a signature 10 min abs!
Focus on the following this week
- 8k steps everyday with at least 3x power walks (one is included on your rest day)
- 2.5L of water everyday - this helps with your hydration, energy, digestion and overall wellbeing, flush out excess toxins and glow from the inside out
- No junk food - put the snacks away and opt for fruit or veggies instead
