Hey Team! We've got over the half way hump & now the real work begins!

Week 6 schedule is up ⬇️. Also scheduled in the calendar for you! 

Monday we  continue with weights.

Then we maximise your power walk on Tuesday. Please get your heart rate elevated to reach the fat burning zone. For at least (25 mins).

Weds workout is all about the burn! 

Try and reduce snacking this week to make the most of the final few weeks 

And remember to keep your water intake up. 3L minimum💦

You can for sure do the workouts in order instead. However iv added the rest day in to support recovery and add a power walk in. So listen to your body and adjust if needed
