You can for sure do the workouts in order instead. However iv added the rest day in to support recovery and add a power walk in. So listen to your body and adjust if neededΒ

Hey Holly. Welcome to the community. I suggest starting with the 8 week challenge to gradually build the intensity. If you would like to jump straight into 5 workouts per week you could start with the 12 week. It’s a little more intense but will get you faster results. The most important thing is you stay consistent. You’ve got this!
