Hey wonderful people. How have we found this week?

Super impressed with the ‘watch time’ for this week. Over 700 hours of workouts completed and were deep in the summer months so I know it’s a busy period. 

But remember this is exactly why I created the 3-3-3 program. To make it easier for you to stay on track and maintain your results during one of the busiest times of the year. 

All you need to focus on is ⬇️ 

•3 workouts per week 

•3 power walks per week 

•3L of water per day. 

Give everything you’ve got during those 3 workouts to really maximise your results & remember why you signed up in the first place.

I'd like to remind you to meet yourself where you're at this week. No matter what you have on, focus on what you CAN do over what you can't. No matter what comes up, keep showing up for you. Keep making steps forward and eventually it will just become apart of your lifestyle. Set yourself standards & non negotiable actions that you will follow through with daily. This program is all about creating the lifestyle change, and building habits that support you through every aspect of life. So keep sharing your wins & progress this week and let's have an amazing week ahead! 💗

Hey Team! Are we feeling ready for the half way point? ✨💗.

Week 4 schedule is up ⬇️.

Monday we keep going with weights.

Then we maximise your power walk on Tuesday.
Please keep your heart rate elevated for the full 30 mins. Focus on speed and and breath control. 

Remember if you want to maximise your results, reduce snacking or overall processed foods this week to hit the half way point strong!

And remember to keep your water intake up 💦 3L everyday!

I wanted to share my beautiful client Elena's recent progress photos.
