Strength, barre & Pilates/mobility. Split with power walks & 8k steps daily. ⬇️

Remember the 3-3-3 challenge consists of

3 workouts per week

3 power walks per week

3L of water per day.

So make sure you’re staying on top of your 💦. Picking up your speed in the power walks & eating lots of good nutritious food.

Hey Breanna, you can log calories burned by connecting your apple watch. It will match up with your health data and log your workouts/heart rate & calories burned. Individual calories depend on lots of factors like age, height, temperature, exertion level etc so difficult to predict.
