Hey Shamany, welcome to the community. All workout on bodybybarre are PCOS friendly. Depending on your symptoms, the 3-3-3 is a little less intense with only 3 workouts per week. The 3-2-8 is 5x workouts per week. So it depends on your weekly schedule/commitments on what you can realistically commit to without causing burnout or extra stress on the body. Excited to see your progress whichever you choose 💛

Hey Karina, sounds like you are off to a great start. Already implementing healthy lifestyle changes. How are you measuring your progress? I recommend keeping a weekly track of your waistline measurement alongside photos to review. Remember it is not possible to spot reduce fat. However you need to be in a deficit to lose body fat. So try to be mindful of portion sizes and check out our healthy recipe guides. Bloating tips ⬇️ increase water intake to flush out toxins and support digestion. Peppermint teas after meals to aid digestion Green tea (before 4pm) after a meal Walking aids digestion so keep your steps up - enjoy those power walks Pilates is perfect for lymphatic drainage which aids digestion and reduces bloating - add a pilates mat work into your week eat slower, take your time to enjoy and chew to aid digestionhope that helps and keep going!
