Hey Everyone! Time for a rest day catch up.

How are we feeling? Did you get your steps in?

I feel very sore myself so I wanted to give you a boost of motivation ⬇️⬇️

Below is my wonderful private client Yvonne’s transformation. ⬇️⬇️⬇️

She joined me for 6 months following the 3-2-8 method alongside a personalised meal plan (macros) and personalised workout plan (she workouts from home).

She is a busy mum of 3 who also works full time and is from London. So super hectic lifestyle.

She managed to completely transform her body, habits, and mindset.

Weeks 3-4 of the 3-2-8 12 Week Transformation Challenge is LIVE💪🏽

We've amped up the intensity in the strength & barre workouts with more cardio bursts and less rest periods. (take the low impact option if needed). We've also included a power walk on the rest day which is included in your 8k total steps each day.

I hope you feel refreshed and ready to jump into our next challenge!

The 3-2-8 Transformation Challenge is Live tomorrow! Ready to start strong on Monday! 💪🏽

Week 1 features 5 workouts! Combining strength & barre/pilates with walking.

Equipment needed ⬇️

Hey Fabulous People!
I wanted to pop a quick message to congratulate you on all your hard work already this year and also Introduce our 'Reset challenge' 

A week of express workouts to focus on stretching, posture & alignment perfect for a rest week & reset. 

Starting on Monday, you can find the playlist under 'weekly workouts' with the weekly schedule under 'resources'

This is the perfect reset before our 12 Week Summer 3-2-8 Transformation Challenge launching on the 27th March! 
Sign up and details will be shared next week. 

There is no shame in taking a rest day, our bodies need it both physically and mentally especially after a good workout. 

Aim for 8-10k steps per day and remember to stay hydrated!

How are we feeling after completing week 1 of the body blast challenge? 

Sore? Strong? Accomplished?

Week 2 schedule is live and the theme is 'burn'. Burning those unwanted lbs and habits as we prep for the summer challenge launching end of March! 

I challenge you to aim for 2-3lb weights in the upper body workouts and really maximise every rep! 
Remember to keep your steps and standards high this week!

CONGRATULATIONS 🎉 💗 to those of you finishing the 3-2-8 Shred Challenge today! You should be so proud of yourselves showing up week by week and starting the Year strong!

Over 1000 of you worldwide have tuned in everyday to complete a workout & show up for yourself and your goals!

Iv loved seeing your posts & feedback! This was designed to push you out of your comfort zone, challenge your body & brain and to help you build discipline & healthy habits.

You’ve completed it!! 🎖️🎖️🎖️

Now you’ve got comfortable being uncomfortable it’s time to amp up the intensity once again!

Our next challenge starts tomorrow which is a 2 week body blast. Featuring some favourites and new additions (magic circle). Getting you conditioned before our summer challenge starting on the 20th March!

Our 2 week Body Blast Challenge is now available! 
This is the perfect challenge to try out all of the 'most viewed' workouts on the platform while blasting calories and sculpting the full body! 
You can find it under 'weekly calendar' 

You will need a small loop band, mat, 1-3lb weights, a barre/chair and optional magic circle/pilates ring. 

Check out the community channel for your weekly schedule. 
We've also posted a weekly planner for you to stay on track that you can find under resources! 

This is the warm up and the perfect time to build consistency before our Summer challenge starting end of March!

Hey challengers! You made it! The final week is here 📈📈📈

Now it's time to really enjoy the process, be proud of yourself for committing for 7 weeks and let's finish with a blast! 

It's a full body week! Not leaving any muscle untouched! This will be a challenge but you have worked up to it! 🔥🔥🔥

We have 2x strength and 3x barre & pilates. Lots of dynamic movements to challenge your mind and body at the same time (more calories burned). 

Keep up with the below ⬇️ 

2.5L of water per day 
8k steps per day 
Aim for 6-7 hours of sleep 
Eat breakfast on the meal plan guide everyday 


Remember to take your finish line progress photos!

Hey Challengers! The home stretch is here! Time to push through the final 2 weeks!  📈📈

Week 7 schedule is up! 
Still going strong with 2x strength & 3x barre/pilates. No mobility session this week as I would like you to increase your stamina. With that in mind, add a stretch session in during a rest day to help with recovery. 

I would like you to maintain the following this week ⬇️

8k steps per day on average 
2L of water per day 

One meal off the recipe guide per day (available under resources on the playlist)
Increase speed in 30 min power walk (walk like you're late for a train)
