Pregnancy

Hi, ladies! I found out I am pregnant 🙌 and was wondering if we have on the platform a program that is pregnancy safe OR a guide how to adjust and modify for pregnancy by trimester.

I’ve been part of the program for a year and a half now, and I was pretty consistent (not working out only when I was ill or traveling) so from what I’ve learned if should be ok to continue with the program. I stopped working out for now until I check with my doctor but I am hoping I will get a green light to carry on because I really enjoy these type of workout.

Hi, please can I have some advice on adapting the 3-2-8 programme to include a different weights programme? I’ve been using the app for nearly a year and have really enjoyed the classes.

Unfortunately, I have joint hypermobility and I’m struggling with the strength classes as I find using dumbbells with fast compound movements uncomfortable on my joints. I am looking at going back to heavier strength training for a few sessions a week while maintaining my barre/Pilates sessions. Would you recommend two full body weighted workouts or a split between lower/upper body?

Hi there, I’ve recently signed up and thought I’d try an 8-week 328 challenge in the run-up to Christmas. Being 44 years old and perimenopausal, should I follow the PCOS friendly plan?

If I wanted to pick ‘n’ mix workouts each week instead, I see the upper body and lower body specific playlists say they are barre and Pilates style. So I could do one of each of those, and then maybe a full body to get my 3x barre a week? Then pick 2 full body from the strength section?

Hi ladies, may seem like a silly question, but do you do your 8k steps right after your workout or before? Or does it not make a difference either way? I’ve always thought it’s better to do the cardio after the workout ? Am I overthinking ?

Hi! I signed up for this a while back and was excited for daily workouts, challenges, etc. However, I haven't had the bandwidth to see anything all the way through. I recall seeing a reel about 3 pilates moves to include daily. Where can I find these? Right now this is a more realistic starting point for me. Thanks!

Hey! Signed up last week and looking forward to getting stuck in to a challenge 😊 I usually do weighted workouts & cardio, but been wanting to add pilates/barre so was really excited to find your app! I've lost around a stone so far and would like to lose another 7lbs but focusing more on how I feel and what I see rather than what the scales say! Overall, I'd like to lean out a bit more and build my muscle to get that 'toned', defined look. I was wondering which challenge you would recommend? Thanks so much!
