  • Barre Burn

  • Reset Day

Focus: definition, consistency, finishing strong

  • Full Body Strength

  • Deep Core Burn

  • Lower Body Power

  • Active Recovery

  • Upper Body + Core

  • Barre Flow

  • Final Core + Stretch
