This was a nice gentle flow to wind down my day before bed. Especially needed that pigeon pose for my hips!

Agree with the other comments- short but a burner! My arms were challenged and I really loved the weighted bird dog.

What a great session! I was surprised to see how much harder the balanced rows were for my nightside, but in awe at the growth in endurance physically and mentally to push through 💪😀

Whew! I'm overheating! Today the weighted twists were a challenge but so glad I pushed through and git it done!

Ohhh another one that packed the heat! I loved this sequence and what was equally energizing was being able to do the full expression of planks (no modification for my shoulder) and burning out my glutes- it's incredible to see my strength building and sustaining!!

Love this one just as much as I did when I first did it last summer! Packs a little heat and love how lengthened I feel doing the arabesques ;)

How this one heated me up! I'm sweating everywhere and loved how with this session I was fully engaged on a different level mentally and physically - the leg extensions was the most challenging and where I low-key wanted to curse under my breath, but kept going and most surprising was being able to do all the reps  w/o modifications!! 🥳

This was such a timely practice for my Sunday morning, especially with the focus on the solar plexus chakra after a disconcerting week. Really loved the meditation and shavasana 🤍
