I'm so glad I began my morning with this hip opener. Lots of emotions came up for me and am very grateful for this centering flow- I feel lighter for doing it and acknowledging the feelings that really needed to release๐Ÿค

Loved this! The arabesques felt really nice and lengthening :)

Loved this targeted session! My favorite was doing the pile and weighted tendu's - I felt my point articulation was stronger and bouncier. I think the balanced third dog was challenging and most of all the stiletto clam shells at the end!!

Whewww! Did this after doing a wicked reformer class in the AM! I was surprised at the lat pulls and the ending prone single- weighted work- I had to drop my weights for the final set with both arms. 100% coming back to this burner!ย ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿซ 

always love coming back to this one! exciting to see I could do the reveres planks with ease today!

So nice to come back to this calming flow this morning!

This was a very calming flow; I was surprised to find tension in my left side neck (my dominant side) doing the 100s and appreciated the reminder that we can modify supporting the neck when needed.

Love the quick burns- those circles on the left side really got me๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ
