Grateful for the quick burns, especially when the world is heavy and it's challenging to get moving and stay consistent.. I was surprised the wrist flicks were challenging to me because my arms were so tired! lol

I'm surprised I got so sweaty with this barre/sculpt routine! Excited to see the progression and wasn't taken out by the clamshells this time😂

I switched it up and did this tonight after work; really liked the single leg glute bridges/ isolation work and  the twists. I'm also so glad I was able to meet my goal and get to this after a long day- so rewarding!!

This was such a challenge (sore from yesterday!🫠) but I persisted! I always love the bird dogs because I lock in my breath to movement with ease

This was a perfect and yummy way to start this snowy morning! I feel like the play list helped me lock in with every shoulder movement. Still really love those weighted dead bugs too ;)
