What a nice gentle flow to begin the day🤍

I love the express workouts but these thigh lifts were so incredibly challenging!! I am sweating🫠

This felt great for my arms- surprised that I felt tightness in my lower back doing the downward dog/ plank flow. Overall great flow to jumpstart the weekend!

Wheww!! I did this over my lunch break and I'm sweating up a storm! My hips/ ankles/ feet have been wicked tight so loved this quick series to get away from my laptop and focus on some nice stretches and the barre work was good for my feet.

Loved this one! Was really good for my tight hips.

I'm drenched in sweat! Not gonna lie, I was daunted when I saw this was a 35 min session, but am so proud I had the stamina to complete ALL the reps without pain, and was able to hold good balance on the squat holds. Hooray!

Wheww! That pushup combo was a challenge!💪
