A short but hard one. Amazing to feel so strong holding the planks the full time and no shoulder pain on the side planks!

Loved this one! I was so encouraged that I could do the reverse planks at the end-which is something I usually struggle with- I did have to take a pause but feel so strong!

Love the express workouts when I have a busy morning. The hip lifts are still. struggle for me even with the support of hands under hips!

I am so sweaty after this session! It's so helpful to have the breathe cues as well as gratitude for being able to move-and do the reps without pain - especially with those 3lb weights in hand!!

This was deceptive, because why am I sweating like this? The hip dips were really challenging for me!

This was so fun I did it twice! Partly because of the music and that it Β really took me back to ballet class when I was a kid!!πŸ₯°
