This session was so precious. I did it this evening after returning from my uncles funeral. Having been racing in "admin mode" all week, my hips were very tight and during this session I released lots of tears. Feeling very grateful for the affirmations and the time to cultivate somenstillness and peace.🀍

I overslept doing this session this AM and am so proud to have gotten though it tonight! The iso holds were pretty challenging with weights and but the stretches at the end made it worth it :)

Whewww my arms were tiredttt! This was a surprsingly sweaty workout for me but feels so good to be able to do full range of motion for this upper body seshπŸ’ͺ

So grateful for this session! I was pretty restless/ anxious through the night and thought I might need to skip doing it this morning, and am so glad I opened up the app to do this grounding session before heading into the office and for the affirmations.🀍

What a wonderful way to start my morning! I truly don't think I've done a regular yoga flow since spring 2023 and this was so soothing!

Tickled that I got through this Barre session - I really struggle with first position for some reason!

I often find the barre work suprisingly hard on my metatarsils, but today doing this lower body sculpt felt so yummy!! Perhaps after being back at it I'm a bit more in the "zone". Look forward to coming back to this one again soon!

6 months later and my glutes aren't locking but it's still one of the hardest excersises for me!
