Fabulous work Chloe! Maybe try trainers with an elevated sole to support your feet. 

This is a little more intense then the 8 week but both are going to lead to fantastic results

Hey Jenny, I use a pilates mini ball from amazon which is made of strong durable material. They can be inflated/deflated pretty easy so suitable for all sizes. So glad you are enjoying the program. Keep pressing play
