  • Let's go back to basics with beginner barre & pilates workouts. 

    Re-focus, realign and build momentum as we head into fall! 
    The perfect warm-up before the 'winter arc' challenge launching on Monday 14th October! 

    Weekly Goals 


  • 1x workout a day 

  • 8k steps per day 

  • 2L of water per day 

  • At least 2x meals on plan per day

Hey Vic, 8k steps is throughout the day. You could opt for a 30 min power walk before or after a workout to increase overall step count. But the goal is 8k steps minimum per day
