Choose a workout schedule that fits into your lifestyle so that you can maintain long term. Morning is usually best to start your day strong. The most important part is consistency. 2. Again this depends on how you feel (there is no one size fits all). If you prefer to workout on an empty stomach, do that. If you feel like you need fuel before a workout. Have something small like a banana or protein shake before a workout. I suggest waiting 1-2 hours to exercise after a full meal. Depending on your digestion and what you have ate.
