Great job, and yes do not worry. I suggest starting with a half roll up and slowing down to lift & lower. Then progress to the full roll up. Be patient with yourself and place hands behind thighs on the roll down to support the core

The goal is to complete 5 workouts per week with at least 2 rest days. Saturday & Sunday.

Welcome to the community Noelia, so happy to have you here! We have lots of programs to choose from to help you get started I recommend either our current NYE challenge or pilates & strength back to basics challenge. Remember consistency is key when creating a lifestyle change and try to commit for at least 6 weeks to start seeing results physically, mentally & holistically. Keep pressing play, excited to hear about your progress.
