Following a macro friendly diet, daily steps, weekly power walks & progressing the weights every 2 weeks.

Welcome to the community, I recommended the 8 week 3-2-8 program is perfect then progress to the 12. Or the 3-2-8 6 week snatch & shape is a great introduction to the method
