Hi everyone! I am so excited to be here! Trying to build a routine and enjoy working out because I honestly really dislike it and can never stick to anything. Of course I also want to drop a few lbs and tone up! Today was day 2 for me but will be starting the challenge on Monday.

I purchased the 6 month i’m currently about 206lbs. I gained this weight from birth control and i’m hoping these excercises will help . I was wondering how can we see the meal plans and what should i start with? Thank you ❤️

Just started the Snatch It challenge this week. I have never enjoyed working out before so I barely ever did exercise. So far, I have been LOVING these workouts which is a first for me! I am 4 months postpartum and hoping to feel stronger and more in shape. I can't wait to continue!!

I’m new to anything exercise related due to health reasons and I saw on TikTok that this program was modifying and beginner friendly as well as recommending the 3-2-8 method. I quickly glanced at the catalog. Do I need to have gym membership to have access to the equipment or go out and buy equipment? I also looked on the Snatch It under resources and downloaded the PDF but I don’t understand. Will we get a new weekly planner this coming year ? I’m sorry I have so many questions I’m just new and trying to get myself situated.
