I’m also confused on this part. Do I use the warm ups and exercise from the pdfs or go straight into the videos ? There are only 4 videos for week 1 does that mean I have to use one from the pdfs ? I’m a bit lost on the order. Thank you for taking the time to help in advance !

I’m new to anything exercise related due to health reasons and I saw on TikTok that this program was modifying and beginner friendly as well as recommending the 3-2-8 method. I quickly glanced at the catalog. Do I need to have gym membership to have access to the equipment or go out and buy equipment? I also looked on the Snatch It under resources and downloaded the PDF but I don’t understand. Will we get a new weekly planner this coming year ? I’m sorry I have so many questions I’m just new and trying to get myself situated.
