Iβm new to anything exercise related due to health reasons and I saw on TikTok that this program was modifying and beginner friendly as well as recommending the 3-2-8 method. I quickly glanced at the catalog. Do I need to have gym membership to have access to the equipment or go out and buy equipment? I also looked on the Snatch It under resources and downloaded the PDF but I donβt understand. Will we get a new weekly planner this coming year ? Iβm sorry I have so many questions Iβm just new and trying to get myself situated.
